ABOUT SABRA
Sabra stands for freedom and transformation through emotional intelligence. She believes that this human experience we call life is a series of cycles of birth, death and rebirth that when lived purposefully with love, dignity and fortitude can bring power and an allowance for the unfolding of beautiful changes.
Sabra is passionate about helping others to remember that love is our truest essence. By looking at limiting beliefs created through life experiences that have caused us to forget love, we can remember our most natural way of being.
She lovingly explores with you the current situation, who you are, where you’ve been and where you want to go. Sabra is committed to acting as a guide carrying the lantern to awaken your soul on the journey home to self, while you lead the way.
Her desire for each client, is for them to connect their soul to both their individual creativity and the things that light them up. From a young age, Sabra studied Astrology as a personal desire to become her truest self. She believes that understanding the weather of your soul can provide the most liberating insights.
Her space is safe, open, loving and allows each person to release and live awake feeling lighter and more connected. Sabra is stable as a rock, with wisdom that is embodied and grounded. She is consistent at holding the space of unconditional love free of all judgement.
Experience:
Sabra graduated from the Institute of Healing Arts in 2019. She completed Bodhi Yoga Teacher training in 2019. Sabra graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Recreation and a minor in Coaching from Southern Virginia University in 2002.
Sabra currently resides in Utah with her three incredible children and husband. The teenagers she took in as her own, now in their 20’s still call her mom and visit often.
